It all began way back in 2004 when I bought my first digital camera – the HP Photosmart 850. With 4 megapixels and an 8x optical zoom, it felt less like a piece of hardware and more like a dream come true. That same year, I launched uhaiun.livejournal.com, committing to posting one photo a day.
Since then, a lot has changed. The images have grown from the humble 640×480 pixels of the early days to today’s 1620×1080 standard.
My gear has evolved alongside my skills: from the Canon PowerShot S3 IS to a series of Nikons (D80, D800, and finally the D850).
What you see here is the complete archive – a continuous visual timeline starting from those very first frames in 2004.
